Increased CM before AF due? - increased cm right before period

Does anyone benefit from a reduction in heart rate and know that they were pregnant. I have a cycle of 29 days, and I have my period 11th November. I am going 20 days time and had a + OPK on 13 days. My CM is reduced in any respect, and milky Strechy (TMI). What are your opinions
