Do you have the installation CD with the camera? If you trust the software manufacturer, it may be possible that your antivirus has detected a false positive.

If you have doubts, do not install it. Of course you can always request a virus scan and clean everything it collects.

Ummmm, no.

I really do not know. fixcamera.exe also do not sound like an agent to install a driver. Execution of a stranger (in his case, a known threat) Ninth enormous. Able to steal files, delete files or kill your computer. Just because it says that the camera does not mean that only the camera. Although there are viruses that can see people through your webcam ... Sickos creepy.

You find the manufacturer of your camera and go to the official website for model discovery and then the drivers. Do not go to the third pass, bad things.

When the driver of the company that made the camera and then look at their website, whether it is a false positive. This happens occasionally, your A / V software to collect something like a virus, if it is not.

Otherwise, you are kidding? No, do not install it!
